Registration, Cancellation
& Transfer

Life is unpredictable

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, you may cancel your registration or transfer to a future cohort, depending on your timing and circumstances.

Cancellation — Withdraw from the Training

30 or more days before start date
Full refund, minus a $150 administrative fee
29 days or fewer before start date
50% refund
After the training begins
No refund available

Transfer — Move to a Future Cohort

If you would prefer to complete the training at a later time, you may transfer your registration to a future available ClearWell EMDR Basic Training cohort.

$200 transfer fee
After the training begins
$300 transfer fee
Transfers are permitted once. Transferred registrations must be used within 12 months of the original training start date. Registrations not used within 12 months expire.
